When you book or contact us, we collect the information supplied: name, email, phone, pickup and destination, service dates and times, passenger and luggage counts, flight details, requested options and any billing or corporate details provided.

Accessibility requests and guardian-provided child-seat information may be needed to coordinate the service. Provide only information needed for the trip. The service is not directed to children submitting bookings independently.

Website processing includes IP address for security and rate limiting, browser/device and page-interaction data, referral and campaign identifiers, and booking/checkout recovery state. Address search uses Google Maps/Places and locations you enter; the website does not request precise browser GPS location.

We use information to quote and administer reservations, coordinate chauffeurs and pickups, process payments, provide customer support and trip communications, prevent abuse, reconcile transactions, meet legal requirements and improve site performance.

Google Analytics and Google Ads measure traffic, campaign attribution and conversions. Vercel Analytics measures website usage. Campaign attribution and booking recovery also use browser storage. See the Cookie Policy for controls.

Black Car NYC sends booking information to TRUE NORTH VIP LLC’s backend. Necessary trip and passenger contact information is shared with assigned chauffeurs or fulfillment partners to operate the service.

Service providers include Stripe for payments, Resend for email, Google for Maps/Places and analytics/advertising, and Vercel for hosting and analytics. Providers process relevant information for their services under their own terms. We may also disclose information for legal obligations, safety, fraud prevention or a business transfer.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers or CVV. We retain Stripe identifiers, limited card display details such as brand and last four digits, and records of accepted permissions.

Only explicit acceptance of the booking-specific card-on-file disclosure permits saving a payment method and later charging the identified booking for approved trip extras. Accepting general terms, making a payment or having a previously saved card does not by itself grant or renew that permission.

New standard extras permission covers added service or wait time, stops, agreed booking changes, Meet & Greet and child seats. Amounts are based on the agreed extra service, actual added time or items, and applicable booking rates. There is no preset per-charge dollar cap under this permission; a separately requested permission may state a specific cap. These are unscheduled charges, not a subscription.

Extras permission ends 30 days after the booking’s final scheduled service ends, including the return trip and reserved duration. The accepted disclosure identifies the booking and expiry. Changing a schedule does not automatically extend permission. Each additional saved-card charge includes a reason and an emailed receipt.

Contact info@truenorthvip.com or +1-347-321-9929 to revoke permission for future saved-card charges. Revocation does not reverse a charge already initiated. An extra outside the accepted scope, above an accepted cap, or after expiry or revocation requires a secure payment link or fresh explicit permission. Bank authentication may also require a secure link.

Previously accepted 48-hour hourly-only permissions remain limited to added hourly or wait time. Their original cap remains the added hourly time based on the booking hourly rate plus a $50 buffer. Previously accepted capped 30-day permissions keep their original caps until fresh permission is accepted. Card storage and permission to charge are separate: the disclosure accepted for the booking controls each, not this general policy.

We retain booking, payment, consent and support records as needed to provide service, reconcile transactions, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Card storage follows the separately accepted disclosure and supported payment workflow; it is not an unlimited charging permission.

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Do not email full card numbers or CVV.

Requests are subject to identity verification and applicable legal retention requirements. You may opt out of promotional communications; essential reservation and transaction communications may still be necessary.

You can manage cookies and browser storage in your browser, use Google’s analytics opt-out tools and adjust advertising preferences. Blocking storage can affect booking recovery.
