Flight Tracking & Delay Policy

For eligible airport-pickup reservations, we track flight status and coordinate chauffeur timing from actual arrival information when accurate flight details and tracking data are available. This is arrival-pickup coordination, not a promise to monitor every airport departure or flight. Supply the operating airline, flight number, arrival airport and terminal if known. Missing or incorrect details, unsupported flights or unavailable tracking data may require manual coordination; contact us to confirm the pickup plan.

Delayed flights: chauffeur timing is adjusted using updated arrival information when available. Early arrivals: we make reasonable efforts to adjust, but availability may be limited on short notice.

Diversions and airport changes: contact us immediately to update the pickup plan. For missed connections or rebooked flights, send the updated flight number as soon as it is known.

Domestic airport pickups include 60 minutes of waiting.

International airport pickups include 90 minutes of waiting.

Airport waiting starts at actual flight arrival; non-airport pickup waiting starts at the scheduled pickup time. Waiting within an already-paid hourly service block is not charged again.

Baggage and customs delays can exceed the included allowance; flight tracking does not mean unlimited free waiting.
