Wait Time Policy

Domestic airport pickups include 60 minutes of waiting.

International airport pickups include 90 minutes of waiting.

Other pickups and stops include 15 minutes of waiting.

Airport waiting starts at actual flight arrival; non-airport pickup waiting starts at the scheduled pickup time. Waiting within an already-paid hourly service block is not charged again.

Provide accurate flight details and contact us if your flight or airport changes. Baggage claim and customs delays may extend beyond the included airport allowance.

Additional waiting is charged at the booked vehicle’s hourly rate divided by 60, for each extra minute.

Hourly extensions require customer and company approval and are billed in 30-minute increments.

Waiting is not charged twice within an already-paid hourly block. Any later saved-card charge still requires valid, separate permission for that booking.

Existing agreed stops include 15 minutes of waiting per stop. Additional stops, time or itinerary changes may require an agreed price change.

No-shows are charged the full service amount.

Contact us immediately if you cannot locate the chauffeur or expect a delay.
