A Recurring Route Plan usually fits a predictable commute because pricing is based on the exact origin, destination, travel days, pickup times, ride count, and vehicle. A chauffeur-hour plan is a better fit when the schedule changes or the car must wait between several stops.
The displayed totals multiply the current booking-system hourly total by the selected number of hours. Executive Sedan is $117 per hour, Executive SUV $130, Luxury SUV $149.50, and Luxury Sedan $162.50. The published hourly totals include taxes and fees returned by the booking system; gratuity is selected by the customer, including 0%.
We can record a preferred chauffeur and plan consistent account coverage, but the same chauffeur is not guaranteed on standard recurring-route or hour-bank reservations. A dedicated retainer can define primary and backup chauffeur coverage in the written proposal.
Rollover is not automatically included in the public hourly totals. If rollover is offered for a custom plan, the amount, expiration, and any limits will be stated in the written monthly agreement before service begins.
They can be. A direct airport transfer can be priced as a recurring route, while an airport pickup followed by appointments or standby time may use reserved chauffeur hours. Commercial-terminal meet-and-greet is an optional $25 where offered. Standard private-aviation FBO coordination has no separate meet-and-greet charge.
No. A monthly plan reserves recurring trips or chauffeur hours for a defined travel pattern. A corporate account is designed for several travelers or authorized bookers and can include centralized booking, invoicing, and trip reporting. A business may use both.
